JONES CREEK PUD INFORMATION

We have some opportunity opening for the following board positions below to fill with members of Jones Creek. If you're interested, please send me a PM or Contact Us via the website by July 2, 2019.

ACC (Architectural Control Committee)
Secretary

I'd also like to take this opportunity to thank Bonnie L. Cox for implementing some major changes to this chair and her hard work over the last few months. Her family needed some extra space and has bought in JC Plantation. Her family will still be very close and ingrained in our neighborhood.

  Columbia County Sites

A work order has been submitted for the Columbia County Roads & Bridges Department to trim tree and bush limbs that hang over the road on Hammonds Ferry and Jones Creek Drive.  Only limbs that are lower than 13 feet 6 inches (the clearance required for a standard truck) will be cut and removed; trees and bushes will not be reshaped.  We anticipate that this work will be done within the next couple of weeks. After the limbs are removed, the County‚Äôs street sweeper will be scheduled to clean the curb area on the public streets in Jones Creek.  Advance notice will be given so that homeowners do not park vehicles on the streets.  The street sweeper will not return for areas missed because of vehicles blocking the sweeper.

Additionally, please note that unless it is for loading or unloading, it is a violation of both the JCOA Covenants and the Columbia County Code to park a boat, camper, or trailer on any public right-of-way for a period exceeding 12 hours.  Campers, motorcycles, motorbikes, motor homes, travel trailers, panel or pickup trucks, boats, and boat trailers may be kept on homeowner property if parked in a closed garage.   As homeowners, we all are responsible for preserving the beauty of our property.

Thank you for collectively working to maintain the streets of Jones Creek.
